This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Zevela. As a print-on-demand store, all products are made to order before being shipped.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs delays or courier issues

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Zevela is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
