This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Zevela. As a print-on-demand store, all products are made to order before being shipped.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- International: 5–15 business days

- Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs delays or courier issues
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Zevela is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
