Refund policy

At Zevela, all products are made to order. Each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we operate a strict returns and refunds policy.


1. Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom printed on demand. This means:

  • We do not hold stock

  • Each product is created individually for each customer

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please carefully review sizing guides and product details before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print is defective

  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable)


3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may have already started and changes are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages lost due to incorrect delivery details

If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


5. Sizing Responsibility

We provide detailed size charts for all products.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items that do not fit

  • Incorrect size ordered
